Our process
Five checkpoints on every order.

Incoming materials
Board, paper and inks are checked for grade, weight and moisture on arrival.

Colour approval
First sheets are compared with your approved proof or sample under standard lighting.

In-line checks
Operators check registration, foil, die-cutting and folding throughout the run.

Final inspection
Finished boxes are sampled and inspected before packing.

Packing & loading photos
You receive photos of finished goods, cartons and loading before shipment.
Food safety
Made for packaging food.
We use food-grade paperboard and food-safe, low-odour inks for food packaging. For boxes that touch unwrapped food, we can add a grease-resistant coating or a food-safe liner.
